1. Eligibility

Participation is open exclusively to persons aged 18 years or older with a residential and delivery address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.

Employees of Computer Controls AG and their relatives are excluded from participation.

2. Participation

Participation in the drawing is free of charge and is only possible by registering via the online form on the Computer Controls AG website. Other forms of participation will not be considered.

By entering the drawing, participants accept these Terms and Conditions as well as the applicable General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Computer Controls AG.

3. Participation Period

The drawing begins on 15 January 2026 and ends on 31 March 2026 at 23:59 (CET).
Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.

4. Prize and Winner Selection

Among all valid entries, one (1) Rigol MHO98 oscilloscope will be awarded.

The winner will be selected at random after the participation period has ended.

The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, and cannot be paid out in cash.

5. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified personally by email or telephone no later than 15 April 2026.

If no response is received within 10 days, the organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

6. Liability

The organizer is not liable for technical malfunctions, network or server failures, or software issues that may affect participation in the drawing.

7. Data Protection

Personal data collected as part of the drawing will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the drawing and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
