Important Change in Arm KEIL Licensing

With the introduction of a new User-Based License (UBL), which includes only time-limited licenses, has been introduced, Arm KEIL products using Floating and Node-Locked licenses will be discontinued from price lists starting July 1, 2025.

Key Dates:

• June 30, 2025 – Last day to purchase FL/NL licenses.
• June 30, 2025 – Last opportunity to buy perpetual licenses for Arm Keil MDK v5.
• June 30, 2026 – End of S&M support for previously purchased licenses.
  
  

What Does This Mean for Users?

To ensure a smooth transition, backward compatibility solutions will be available in the form of archival licenses or other mechanisms.
